The health of the residents and staff at North Oaks is our number one priority. We have precautions in place to protect your health while still providing opportunities for fun and entertainment. From socially distanced programs/events to chef-prepared meal delivery, we do everything possible to keep our residents enjoying safe activities and keeping spirits lifted.

The health and safety of our residents are our top priorities. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve partnered with Walgreens and have vaccinated residents and team members for COVID-19. As new residents move in, the team will work with them to determine the most efficient course of action to get each new resident vaccinated as well.

Where We’ve Been:

North Oaks is celebrating 30 years in the community. LCS, the management company, has been in business for 45 years and serves more than 35,000 seniors across the nation.

Health & Safety

North Oaks has invested $148,589 in PPE and spent $7,129 on additional cleaning and disinfectant supplies. There have been over 30,000 screenings for staff, residents and vendors to ensure we continue to keep our community safe.

Community Life

North Oaks has implemented 1,200 virtual programs and virtually distanced small events for resident engagement opportunities. Additionally, our staff has worked to deliver over 74,000 chef-prepared meals to residents in their apartments. We truly appreciate all of our staff efforts during this time and to further show this appreciation, they have received an appreciation pay, along with engagement events and wellness resources to boost spirits.

Communication

There is a Weekly Update sent to residents, families and staff. This has been sent out for the past 45 weeks and we will continue this communication. Our Executive Director is also hosting “Friends and Family” Zoom Calls.

Open for Business

As a community, we are moving forward, continuously adapting and working together to offer innovative approaches to thrive and embrace life. Our vigilant protocols and dynamic plan to resume operations means you are protected and supported during any situation.

North Oaks has reopened services in a safe and responsible manner, including housekeeping, programs/events, scheduled access to the library, fitness center and salon. Residents can enjoy dining outside of their apartments or enjoy chef-prepared meals delivered to their homes. We do everything possible to provide opportunities to enjoy what has always been important, while experiencing new adventures and endless opportunities.
